1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5777ba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at 5777ba.app and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through it.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or simply accessing and browsing the 5777ba platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 5777ba platform and must not create or continue to operate an account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on the 5777ba platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or, if the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age threshold.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 5777ba or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

5777ba reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious activity. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 5777ba may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

If 5777ba discovers that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, or that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to the account will be returned where reasonably practicable. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. 5777ba will not be liable for any losses suffered by an underage player or any third party arising from underage use of the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 5777ba, you must create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change after registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5777ba platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If 5777ba identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus balances will be forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your account. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

• Players must notify support immediately if they suspect unauthorised account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5777ba platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, your account status, and prevailing technical conditions.

Deposits are credited to your 5777ba balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-level fee applied to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 5777ba accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 5777ba within the timeframes published in the Cashier section of the platform. For mobile banking methods such as bKash and Nagad, withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. 5777ba reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by our compliance team.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not used for deposit, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited. • Funds may only be withdrawn to accounts registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. These Terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific bonus offer, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to your 5777ba account:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only real-money stakes count toward wagering requirements — bonus money staked on certain game categories may count at reduced or zero percentage rates as specified in the offer terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms while using the 5777ba platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Cheating and exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 5777ba will take immediate action including, but not limited to, account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of all bets and transactions placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, 5777ba will report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 5777ba platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 5777ba or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5777ba platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform's content without our prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the platform.
• Frame or mirror the platform or any part of it on any other website without our express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform by automated means or in bulk quantities.

The 5777ba name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 5777ba. You must not use any of these marks without our prior written permission. All third-party trademarks, brand names, and game titles appearing on the platform (including those belonging to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other content providers) remain the property of their respective owners and are used by 5777ba under licence.

8. Limitation of Liability

The 5777ba platform and all services, games, and content provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5777ba expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
